Noah gave such great customer service! We had found an ad for one of their vehicles online, and called with a few questions. Within minutes Noah sent me a video of the vehicle so we could see the condition (it was a used vehicle) and all of it’s features. Great experience!

I recently bought my first car from here. I walked in not knowing what to expect. I was initially browsing but I left with a brand new car. Tiffany and Eric were attentive and very patient with me. They listened to my concerns and didn't rush me. I was updated during the whole process while they were getting everything ready for me. Masih from Finance was also very helpful and made sure I was able to leave with my car. Big thank you to Tiffany and Eric for the amazing and friendly service. Super happy with my new car!!

Many kudos to Sam Liang and Eric Kwong of Applewood Nissan RIchmond for their excellent service and post-sale follow-up! Three days ago, I purchased my first EV, a Nissan Leaf. I’d been in touch with Sam a couple of months ago and let him know that I was a senior looking for an EV within my price range. I was genuinely surprised to get a follow-up call from Sam a few days ago with details about a car that Eric and Sam thought would be a perfect fit for me. Indeed, they worked very hard to accommodate me! Sam picked me up from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal and took me to meet Eric and test drive the EV being held for me. The amazing thing was that it was genuinely a one-stop shop! Sam and Eric had arranged for an insurance broker to be on the premises to help me insure the car. My thanks also to Kevin To who very kindly assisted me with my Scrap-it application. Just a few hours later, I was on my way back to the ferry terminal in my EV heading home to Victoria! I have since received follow-up calls from Sam to make sure that all was well. When I had trouble figuring out an issue and was stuck a couple of days ago, I contacted Sam and he calmly talked me through it and got me going. Thank you Team Eric for making this such a positive experience!
