The Richmond Food Bank is a registered charity that gives grocery assistance to 2200 Richmond residents in a typical week as well as helps the many children who go to school without breakfast or lunch. The high cost of renting and increasing costs of food coupled with other necessities make it quite challenging to make ends meet. 

Our team at Applewood Nissan Richmond wants to give back to our community, we donate to the Richmond Food Bank every year. This year, we feel that this is more important because of the pandemic.

Collectively, our team brought in over $400 for the Richmond Food Bank and donated over 1,500 items. We wanted to make sure that over the holidays everyone had a little bit of the Applewood joy in their day. We are overjoyed and so proud of our team and everyone who donated to make this happen.
